Care Medical Source (CMS), formerly known as Care Catalog Services, was established in 1987 with the goal of supplying quality home medical equipment and supplies at discount prices to customers paying out-of-pocket for their equipment.
We began by publishing and distributing a print catalog that soon became the go-to source for finding the latest home medical equipment available at the lowest prices. In an effort to reach more customers from around the globe we first displayed our products online in 1994. As shopping online became more commonplace we launched our first e-commerce website in 2004.
In December 2007 Care Catalog Services officially moved away from our print catalog, updated our e-commerce website and changed our name to Care Medical Source to more accurately reflect our commitment to being your complete source for home medical equipment and supplies.
After over 30 years in the industry we have built relationships with hundreds of manufacturers and have access to thousands of products making us a true one-stop source for all of your medical equipment and supply needs.

Order Online: Our e-commerce website was designed to make your shopping experience as convenient and stress-free as possible. The uncomplicated navigation structure makes finding what you are looking for a breeze and the clean, “clutter-free” product pages make it easy to see the information you need to make your buying decision.
When placing your order online you can be assured that we have taken all necessary measures to ensure that every transaction made on our web site is 100% secure. We always use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving your personal information. We also have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facility to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you.
Convenient online ordering is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Online orders are received during normal business hours and are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
There are two options for placing your order online:
- The most convenient way is to create an account that you log in to every time you want to place an order. Your personal information including billing address, shipping address and order history are automatically stored. You can also create a "Wish List" of items that you are interested in perhaps purchasing at a later time.
- Please note that we updated our website in December 2018 and order history prior to that date will not be visible in your account; however, we have all of your order history in a separate internal system. If you have questions about an order prior to December 2018 please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
- If you do not wish to create an account you can still place an order online through our "check out as a guest" feature. Please note when checking out as a guest you will need to re-enter all of the necessary personal and billing information each time you place an order and you will not have the ability to see previous orders or maintain a "Wish List".
