The Urocare Standard Male Urinal Kit is an effective and economical daytime alternative to under pads and diapers for men that experience stress or overflow incontinence and dribbling. Quick and easy application method eliminates the need for multiple changes, adhesives and adhesive removers. It can either serve as a drip urinal for those that are only partially incontinent or with the use of the supplied adapters it can be directly connected to any reusable or disposable leg bag or drainage system. The laces at the back of the waist band can be adjusted to maximize the comfort level of the individual user.

The UROCARE standard jock sheath urinal is the best performing sheath urinal. You should not need to initially trim the inner sheath until you have had an opportunity to wear it because by that time the penis will be in a tumescent state (much smaller) and the inner latex sheath will have expanded from the heat of the body and urine allowing for a good fit. The best fit is when the inner sheath is just behind the head of the penis which also exposes the least amount of skin to urine that can cause penis swelling necessitating the premature removal of the sheath. It will be correctly fitted when looking through the outer sheath you will see a band of the inner sheath just behind the head of the penis. Fitting the inner sheath to the penis is accomplished by the user having an erect or semi-erect penis. The jock is first put on which orients the penis for fitting the sheath. The urinal arrived promptly and the customer service were very helpful and courteous. The 4” sheath is a bit smaller than the longer sheaths and will fit most normally endowed men unless the penis becomes erect. This can cause some pain during a nocturnal erection. The smaller sheath is on the other hand quite nice during the day as it is less obvious under clothing and due to the snug fit becomes almost unnoticeable as you move around. The inner sheath seems a bit heavier than the others and as a result will probably not split after trimming, which the longer sheaths are prone to do. I would recommend this urinal to anybody looking for a collection device which can be worn for extended times with no worries about accidental leaks. (original post date October 31, 2010)
